10.-12.12.2010 was a very good weekend also for Austin's and Unni's buff sister Wrigley (Serene KrisMyth Surprise) who lives in United States owner-handled by my dear friend Kristi Ahlquist. Wrigley had three shows; on Friday she was reserve winners bitch, on Saturday she was Winners Bitch for a 4pt Major under judge Doug Johnson and on Sunday she napped another Major (3pt) under judge Terry Stacey. She now has a total of 13pts including all three majors. Well done not only for her young age of less than 13 months but she is one of the first am.cockers to be shown in the States with a natural tail!! We're sooo excited!!

Sanna & the dogs on the road again... and what a huge success they had once again; Daddy & Daughter; Vamos BOB in tough competition, and his young daughter Lina (Serene Dream On Very Vigie) won intermediate class!!!

12.9.2010 I used to do some blood tracking with my dogs before we had kids. I started with this activity as early as in 1985, with my english cocker. My first American cocker Candida's Gentle Daze (born 1986) was very talented in field and finished her title Fin Tr Ch quickly. Now I had had a ten years break in competing... this September my young girl Jade (Serene Silver Dreams) had her first start and what a good job she did! She took 1st prize in Open Class with 48 points out of 50. This sure means we'll continue next season. Just to mention... she is purely "show breeding"!

31.7.-1.8.2010 I made another trip to Tallinn. Yes, also to dog shows but took my daughters with me and we spent some good time together... shopping and swimming. In shows I showed junior litter sisters Mille & Ronja. Ronja got excellent both days. Mille was BOS on Saturday, gaining junior CC. On Sunday the judge didn't like him too much and he got very good.

31.7.2010 Wonderful news from the States where Kristi debuted with her 8-month-old Serene KrisMyth Surprise "Wrigley". Wrigley went Winners Bitch under judge Tiina Blue and gained a 4 point major to start with!! Way to go Kristi & Wrigley. Wrigley still has her long tail and that gives another big challenge in American show rings... pics coming soon

24.-25.7.2010 Baltic tournament vol 2; me, Sanna and carful of dogs ;). On Saturday we drove straight to Ukmerge, Lithuania and then back to Jaunmärupe, Latvia for Sunday. It was HOT, we survived by waiting the finals in the lake nearby!! Not too much sleep but you always have time to sleep at home. Thank you Katja & Jenni for crazy company!!

4.7.2010 Sanna & Tanja on the road again; show weekend Forssa & Pori. They had Lina and Vamos, daughter and father. Vamos went BOB and BIG on Saturday, Lina being BOS. On Sunday off to Pori Int, where Lina napped another CC & BOS to her credit. She didn't get CACIB since she was entered to junior class. Pictures will follow.

16.5.2010 As if the 1500kms up north and back were not enough, we drove back down to Riihimäki just for a funny day training our kids at a puppy show! This time we had Mille, Ronja (S. Summer Romance), Austin and Unni in the ring. The day was hottest hot, but our kids were not tired at all. In males Mille went 1st again, and little Austin who was showing so well, right after him 2nd in male puppies. In bitches Unni was the pick of the judge, and Ronja became right after her. We are so proud of our pretty breeder's class again, too pity there is no pictures of that.

15.5.2010 Sanna & Saana & I heading to Skellefteå, Sweden to SSRK's specialty show. It was a long trip but sure worth it. We had so much fun and the results were stunning. I was showing Tilli, Ch Pointbreak Spice Of Life, who went best female, gained CAC and finished Swedish show championship. BOB went to Great Vamos, Ch Very Vigie Vamos A La Playa, who later on was BIS of the day - the judge Tarja Hovila practically had no choice! Vamos just flew around the ring. Enjoy the pictures, he is breathtaking. Another new Swedish show champion was made when English Cocker Bleper's Yabba Dabba Doo went BOB with Sanna. Congrats to Vamos' owner Joelle and Yabba's owner Jaana as well!

13.5.2010 Saga has puppies!! Two boys (a black, a buff) and a black girl. All are doing just fine. Inquiries welcome.
- Notice: pictures below, S. Superstition and S. Quickshot are 3/4 sisters to this litter. Austin and Unni are out of Triscuit sired by Adam, and Saga the new mother is Triscuit's daughter. The little ones are also sired by Adam. Saga herself is sired by Ch Overoak Rising Son. It will be a very interesting litter...

13.5.2010 Crazy Finns going dog shows!
On Thursday 13th; Hollola all breed puppy show. We showed two Tilli's puppies and two Triscuit's puppies, plus a breeders class. BOB went to Zara, Serene Midsummer Dream (Ch Gazon Star O'My Dreams - Ch Pointbreak Spice Of Life) and BOS to her brother Mille, Serene A Million Dreams. Unni, Serene Superstition, and Austin, Serene Quickshot, competed in baby puppy class, got honour prize and were placed 2nd in best male/female puppy competition after Mille and Zara. Our breeders class was finally BIS-4. Thanks Tanja, Sanna & Sanna, Katja & Jaana for crazy company and Sanna N for pictures!!

12.3.2010 Black & buff puppies expected mid May. Saga has been bred to Adam.

17.2.2010 Huge show in Tallinn on Valentine's Day. I travelled with Sanna and quite a full carful of spaniels - Thank you Sanna for a crazy company! Triscuit's daughter Lina was shown in junior class and she truly flew around the ring ending up BOB junior and BOS. In finals she was chosen to BIS-2-junior so that was pretty nice day for her. I showed Tilli Pointbreak Spice Of Life and we were placed 2nd in best bitches class right after Lina. Since Lina is a junior, Tilli got CACIB which makes her a brand new International Champion!!!

3.2.2010 Lina Serene Dream On Very Vigie has started her show career - and she has had a flying start: in a club specialty Jan 17th a class win from big junior class, best bitch 3rd and res-CC (judge Mrs Eeva Rautala). A week later in Turku International she went best bitch and BOS to her daddy, gaining CC (too young for CACIB). WOW, that is superb, team Tanja & Sanna!!!
